Prayer Ministries

  • Divine Mercy Prayer Group

The Divine Mercy prayer group meets every Friday at 3:00 pm in the Divine Mercy Eucharistic Chapel. They pray the Divine Mercy Chaplet together. No RSVP is required. Come and pray as your schedule allows.

  • Eucharistic Exposition

It is a privilege and a blessing to have Eucharistic  Exposition available in the Divine Mercy Eucharistic Chapel from 7:00 am to 6:30 pm every Tuesday and 9:30-10:30 am on Saturdays (10:30-11:30 am on Second Saturdays of the month). All are invited to spend time face to face with Jesus present in the Eucharist as He is exposed in the monstrance. Stop by for as much or as little time as you desire to enjoy personal and private encounters and conversations with our Lord. People are also invited to commit to a weekly hour of adoration as we are always in need of scheduled adorers for each hour.

  • Mary and Martha Ladies Prayer Group

The Mary and Martha Ladies Prayer Group meets every Monday morning after the 9:00 am Mass in the Father Solanus Room. They begin each session with prayers of praise and thanksgiving to our Lord. Petitions are then made to our heavenly Father for the needs of our country, our parish, our families, our friends and all those who have requesteed prayers on the Saint Elizabeth Prayer Line. The purpose is to be a prayer support for the entire parish community.

  • Parish Funeral Mass Attendees

This ministry encourages our community to pray for all the faithful departed at our parish. Those who sign up for this ministry receive a Flocknote text message when a funeral Mass is being offered at our parish as well as the name of the person who has died. People are invited to come and participate in the funeral Mass as a way to pray for the faithful departed.

  • Prayer Line

The prayer line provides prayer support for people in need of prayers. Prayer requests are dispersed by email via Flocknote. You can sign up to receive these bi-weekly prayer request emails using the registration form below. Many prayer warriors are needed in this vital ministry.

  • Rosary Leaders

During the months of May and October, May is the month devoted to Mary, and October is the month honoring the Rosary, the Rosary is prayed before the 4:30 pm Saturday Mass and before the 7:30 am Sunday Mass. Volunteers are needed to lead the Rosary for our parishioners.

  • Rosary Makers Prayer Group

This ministry combines prayer, fellowship, and service through the making of rosaries. This group meets on the third Monday of the month at 1 pm and 7 pm, usually in the Parish Library, to make rosaries together for our parish community and ends by praying the rosary in the Chapel. No experience is necessary. New volunteers are taught how to make rosaries each month!

  • Seven Sisters Apostolate

This prayer ministry supports the priests at our parish. Women sign up for a day of the week to offer a holy hour for a specific priest, every week, for the commitment of one year. This ensures that our priests are being supported in prayer every day of the week. We are always looking for more volunteers to support our priests in prayer in this ministry.
