Tuition Payment Plan

ALL tuition & fee payments each school year will be processed through FACTS Tuition Management Company. Your payment will be directly taken out of your checking or savings account (EFT) according to the schedule you select. There is also the option to set up your payment by credit card (a 2.85% convenience fee is assessed if this payment option is selected). Many schools throughout our diocese and the nation are using FACTS and find this to be convenient and beneficial for both the families and the school. Please know that FACTS is a secure site, and your personal information is safe.
Pay in Full
ALL school families Preschool – 8th grade must set up a FACTS account and a Tuition Payment Plan when you first enroll at our school. Once your payment plan is set up it will roll over from year to year. If you wish to change payment plan options, please contact Geanine Morgan at [email protected] or 260-432-4001, ext. 317 to make the change. Please do not set up a new payment plan as this will create multiple pending plans for your family and the wrong one may be finalized. If you enroll additional students in subsequent school years you do not need to set up a new account or payment plan, we will add the student to your existing payment plan.
Once you have set up your FACTS payment plan it will show pending until it is finalized by the school. Once it is finalized by the school you will receive an email with a breakdown of all your student's tuition and fees, along with the application of any scholarship or financial assistance credits. This email from FACTS is your statement of the tuition and fees due for the school year. There is no additional invoice/statement that is sent to school families; therefore, ALL families must set up a FACTS payment plan to allow us to communicate their final balance due after financial assistance is applied.
Below are the payment plan options that are available for the 2024-2025 school year.- One payment in full in August on either the 5th or the 20th of the month
- Two equal payments, 1st payment in August & 2nd payment in January
- 10 or 12 equal monthly payments.

How To Set Up a FACTS Account

Below are the steps to follow for creating a FACTS account and setting up your FACTS payment plan. Please note that once you set up a payment plan it will show pending until the School Finance Director applies your tuition/fees and finalizes your plan.
- Please go to our FACTS Account Setup/Sign In page at: https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3CQ2C
- If you do not have a FACTS account, on the right side of the screen under the heading New Account click on the “Create username and password” button. Continue to follow the steps to set up a tuition payment plan.
- If you have a FACTS account but it is NOT associated with Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic School, click on the green “Sign in” button to add Saint Elizabeth to your current FACTS account and set up a payment plan for the upcoming school year.

Grant & Aid Financial Needs Assessment

All families wishing to receive any source of tuition assistance are required to complete a confidential FACTS Grant & Aid application each year, this includes families with students who are applying for School Choice Scholarships (vouchers). Completing this application is the only requirement necessary and will verify how your family best qualifies for each source of tuition assistance. All tuition assistance applications for the 2024-2025 school year must be completed and submitted online, with 2023 tax return information, by May 15, 2024. Applications received after this date will be considered to the extent that funds remain available. We urge every family to apply, however this assessment is not required for every family to complete only those who wish to be considered for tuition assistance, including Choice and SGO scholarships.
