If you are a family who currently has children enrolled in the Youth Formation (RE) program, please use this form to update your information, select a session and volunteer. There is no need to complete a new registration form UNLESS you have a child entering first grade.
If you have a FIRST GRADER or are a NEW FAMILY to the program, please complete a New RE Student form found here-not the one below.
Students who were enrolled in our Youth Formation/Religious Education program for the 2019-2020 year will be automatically advanced to the next grade level.
You will have to select your session preference below.
This payment is for all of our Youth Formation/Religious Education Programs: Grades 1-6 A Family of Faith (Once a month parent/student meetings)* *At this time, only parents will attend the monthly meetings and at a later date we will evaluate the feasability of bringing the students into the classrooms
Grades 7-8 Weekly in person classes (Confirmation Preparation) Grades 1-8 Homeschooling using the Alive in Christ program **This program is done at your own pace and Includes enhanced online materials (videos, links to support materials, etc) which are sent on a regular basis and includes sacramental preparation materials

Dates of Youth Formation classes/meetings will be: Grades 1-6 September to April once a month Grades 7 & 8 August 30/31 to April 25/26, 2021 (weekly class meetings)
Cost per family is $95. Catechists will receive a reduced fee of $45.00.
No one will be turned away due to inability to pay. If this fee is a hardship to your family, please contact Carole Yaney at 432-0268 or cyaney@seasfw.org to make financial arrangements.
Confirmation for 8th grade TBA by Bishop Rhoades (usually in April time frame) First Communion will be May 1 & 2, 2021
Please refer to the calendar that you will receive at the beginning of the year for required grade level (1,2, 7 & 8) Sacramental preparation meetings.
