Confirmation strengthens our Baptismal union with Christ and calls us to imitate how Christ lived as a servant to others. By serving others, we support our Christian Community and grow in holiness.

"For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many.” Mark 10:41

• Be creative and think out of the box for your service activities. Look at the Corporal and Spiritual Works of Mercy for ideas.  
• You should not be paid for your service activity and it should not be a regular chore that you are expected to do at home. It is selflessly and lovingly helping those in need.
• Service hours are only counted in the year that they are done. In other words all 36 hours cannot be done during 6th grade. The emphasis is on the on-going need for us to serve others on a regular basis.
• Hours do not have to be evenly split between activities.
• Anyone completing 1.5 times the expected hours will be acknowledged with a service certificate.

INSTRUCTIONS:
For EACH service activity completed please fill out the information below and submit it. Each submission will be a record of a completed activity. 
Please keep your own record of how many hours/activities have been completed so you know where you are in meeting the requirements.

NOTE: All teens volunteering for activities which include younger children on the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton campus must fill out the Volunteer Application and Code of Conduct below before they can volunteer.
