Altar Server

Thank you for serving at Mass!
If you are interested in being a server during our Eucharistic Celebrations, please fill out the form below.

• To be a server students must be entering the 5th grade (2024-2025 school year) or older including High School students and adults.
• Servers can be male or female.
• New servers must complete new server training and returning servers must complete the refresher training before they will be placed on the schedule. (See the bulletin for dates of the trainings or contact Jim Breckler at [email protected]
• If you are scheduled to serve at a particular Mass, you are expected to be there. If you cannot serve at a Mass you are scheduled for, you are responsible submitting a sub request and findng your own replacement.
• Servers should plan to arrive 20 minutes before Mass starts to dress, receive assignment and any other last minute information.

• Scheduling is done with Ministry Scheduler Pro computer software.
• Email and the Ministry Website Terminal are used to communicate schedules, other important information, and allow you to enter any dates you are unable to serve throughout the schedule.
• Once you have completed this registration and are entered into the system, you will be sent information via email on how tho access the website terminal.
• You will use the web terminal to indicate the dates that you will be unable to serve for the each scheduling period. You may also call the parish office with this information.
