Welcome to enrollment for NEW K-8 Students for the 2023-24 school year!  Please note that

TIMELINE FOR 2023-2024 ENROLLMENT:
Wednesday, March 15, 2023
➢ Our school’s admission’s team will send an email notification to the parents of returning students letting them know that their student’s online enrollment forms are ready to be completed. A separate email will be sent for each student they currently have enrolled in our school. The email will contain the Returning Student online enrollment link and a unique Snapcode for the student that will need to be used to access their Returning Student online enrollment forms. This email will be sent to the email address of the parent designated as “Enrollment Responsible”. Current preschool students moving to kindergarten should receive and complete a Returning Student online enrollment form NOT a New Student application.

➢ The link to our 2023-2024 New Student Application for NEW students entering grades Kindergarten – 8th will be live on our school website www.seascsfw.org under the “Admissions” tab. If a returning family is enrolling a new student with us for the 2023-2024 school year, a New Student online application will need to be completed and submitted.

➢ Re-enrollment deadline is today for returning students! Priority registration period ends today; beginning Thursday, March 30, 2023 enrollment becomes Open Registration. Students will be enrolled in the order that their online returning student enrollment forms or new student application is submitted. NO priority classification will be given to class placement in grades where there are openings. 

The enrollment fee for returning students will be $45.00 per student. For students new to our school, the enrollment fee is $75.00 per student. The enrollment fee will be assessed and paid at the time the student’s online enrollment forms are electronically submitted. This fee can be paid by electronic check (EFT) debit or credit card (there is no convenience fee assessed when paying the enrollment fee by debit/credit card). Once our school’s admission’s team has received your child’s enrollment forms, you will be sent an email outlining the next steps in the enrollment process.
